Matt picked up a couple of machetes the other day while he was out and about. So of course he and Matthew had to go out and hack at some weeds in our yard.
Those kids are adorable. With grassy vegetation like that, you should get a thin long machete that is sharpened to a real acute angle so that it can be resharpened quickly. Conversely, a heavily weighted machete is great for woody vegetation. Both are essential with acreage (or even a backyard).
I am a stay at home momma with 2 kiddos. Matthew is 9 and David is almost 2. My husband Matt and I have been married for over 9 years. A friend of ours nicknamed Matt "Goob" many years ago. When we got married we became "The Goobs" and now our kids are "Little Goobs."
